Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and the answers!

 
  1. Q: Do I need a prescription from my doctor to participate?

    A: No! It is fine if you have one, but it is not necessary.

  2. Q: Will my insurance cover classes?

    A: Unfortunately most insurance (including Medicare) does not cover exercise classes and other wellness services. We definitely recommend that people maximize their insurance benefits for individual therapies (physical, occupational and speech). We are happy to help you find a clinic!

    Our classes and services are best utilized in addition to, or after individual therapy, to help keep you active and feeling better all year round!

  3. Q: How do I know what classes to take?

    A: We have different types of classes, at different levels of challenges. To determine what class(es) would be a good fit for you, we recommend you coming in to visit us and observe a class! When we meet you in person, it helps us know which classes would likely be good for you! Then we will have you try a class, or a couple classes if you would like to! Once you have tried a class and you liked it, we can get you signed up!

  4. Q: Do I have to pay to try classes?

    A: No! We are happy to have you try classes for free before making a commitment!

  5. Q; How do I pay for classes?

    A: We bill for classes on the 1st of the month for the following month. We will set up Auto-Pay and you can use a credit card or checking account.

  6. Q: How do I cancel my membership?

    A: If you want to cancel your membership, please let us know at least 7 days before the end of the month.
