Our Programs

Do you prefer a 1 on 1 session over a group class? Do you want more individual attention?

Even though classes are a wonderful way to exercise, it is not for everyone!

There is also evidence to suggest that working with someone  1 on 1 can have more significant benefits compared to a class. We recommend insurance based physical therapy on a yearly basis, but if you need continued guidance to continue exercising once discharged from physical therapy, we are here to help!

Individual wellness

Our one on one sessions incorporate similar exercise fundamentals as our classes including progressive aerobic exercise, the PWR! Moves, circuit style exercise and anything else that is appropriate.

With an individual session we can tailor our exercises to your needs.

Individual wellness is great for someone who is recently diagnosed, demonstrates mild symptoms and is looking for guidance on exercises to improve their health and fitness.

Individual wellness is also great for someone who has completed insurance based physical therapy but is looking for more than what has been deemed medically necessary by insurance.

Individual sessions are also more flexible to schedule. Do you  need an early morning or after work time?

We are able to design a plan that accommodates a busy schedule. Maybe you exercise on your own, but would like some guidance. We have some clients that we see multiple times a week, or others once a month, flexibility in scheduling is one of the perks!

Exercise Intensive

Do you want to see big changes in a short amount of time?

An intensive can be a great way to see the potential of exercise. When you complete exercise consistently (5 days in a row), you can feel and see the improvements more then if you start slow with an exercise program.

This is a great way to get started with exercise, whether you choose to continue classes afterwards or exercise on your own.

An exercise intensive can be 1 on 1 sessions, or can be a combo of 1 on 1 sessions and classes.

We recommend 3-5 days in a row and 2-3 hours/day.

We use this schedule at the PWR! Retreat once a year and it is wonderful to see the improvements that are possible!
