Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and the answers!

 
  1. Q: Are these classes online going to stop when the pandemic ends?

    A: No! Our online membership is here to stay! We did start it in response to the pandemic, but it will continue long term. Our online membership will continue to evolve over time and we are excited to try new things!

    We will continue to add to our video library and teach classes through livestream so you can exercise from the comfort of your home or wherever you would like!

  2. Q: Will my insurance cover classes?

    A: We aren’t aware of insurance covering online exercise memberships, but there may be some instances, if they cover in person gym memberships, that they would! It is worth looking into.

  3. Can I try the classes for free?

    A: Yes! If you would like access to a few of our classes for free so you can try them out click here to enter your email and we will send them to you!

    We also have a 7 day free trial when you join the membership. If the classes aren’t a good fit for you, you can cancel anytime.

  4. Q: How do I know what classes to take?

    A: We recommend starting with the PWR! Moves classes. We have a 30 minute intro to the basic PWR! Moves. If the PWR! Moves class is a good challenge, we recommend focusing on that class for a few weeks to get really comfortable with all the moves and all the positions.

    If the PWR! Moves classes are a little too challenging to start, we recommend using our classes that have been split up by position. You can focus on sitting, standing or the floor exercises. Spend time working in the position that is a good challenge for you, but also feels safe.

    If the PWR! Moves class are minimally challenging for you, we would recommend trying one of our high intensity classes such as the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes, Boxing, or Strength.

    If you have access to a piece of equipment such as a stationary bike, treadmill or elliptical, we highly recommend you utilize the cardio classes. Aerobic exercise is extremely important and will benefit almost all aspects of your health!

  5. Q; How do I pay for classes?

    A: When you sign up online you will enter either your credit card or debit card. You can choose to sign up with an annual plan ($749.99/year) or monthly ($74.99/month).

  6. Q: How do I cancel my membership?

    A: You can cancel directly through the membership website, log in at www.rogueinmotion.com

    You can also email us to cancel your membership and we can cancel from inside the system.
