Space & Equipment Needs!

We use minimal equipment in our classes. We realize most people are exercising from home!

Most live and recorded classes only require:

-A sturdy Chair without arms

-Yoga mat or something similar for floor exercises

(Click here for the nice thick one we have ordered from Amazon)

-Light hand weights if you have them (1-3 lbs) or something with a little weight like canned food or water bottles!

(1 lb hand weights, 2 lb hand weights, 3 lb hand weights)

-A workout towel, we use to soak up perspiration, but also for stretching!

You only need about 6-8ft x 6-8ft space to exercise. We realize especially now, most of us are working out from home! Of course it doesn't hurt to use a little more space if you have it!
